We take pride in collaborating with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) and the Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS). Incarcerated men, women, and youth help transform raw materials into products such as flashcards, journals, and book bags! The educational materials are then added to our Teacher Free Store and the Mobile Outreach Program shelves.

Since its creation, Crafts with Conviction (CwC) accounts for millions of dollars worth of distributed educational materials and resources. Working as collaborators with Crayons to Computers, teachers, and the ODRC, our incarcerated partners are able to utilize their time and talent in a meaningful way to support local children. CwC was presented the Non-Profit Excellence Award by the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations in 2008!
